Last time, right there
Every exercise shows what you lifted last session — weight, reps, sets — before you touch the bar.

Kilo is a fast, offline-first lifting log. Your workout history lives on your device — not on our servers. Kilo Pro adds an AI Trainer and routine review.
Built for the middle of a workout
Every exercise shows what you lifted last session — weight, reps, sets — before you touch the bar.
Per-exercise charts for max weight and volume. A clean trend line instead of a wall of tables.
Build Push / Pull / Legs templates, reorder exercises mid-session, and file routines into folders. Three custom routines are free.
Hundreds of exercises with muscle and equipment tags, searchable offline. Add your own at any time.
Logging, history and templates never need the network. Nothing is blocked behind a spinner in a basement gym.
Export your records from Settings at any time, and delete your account and cloud records from inside the app.
Kilo Pro
Kilo is free to use. Pro is a subscription that adds the AI Trainer, routine review and progression suggestions. It is optional and can be cancelled at any time in your App Store settings.

Kilo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. The price, billing period and any offer are shown in the purchase sheet before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Restore purchases from the Pro screen at any time. Deleting your Kilo account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it in your App Store account settings.
Honest limits
Your full workout history is stored on your device. Kilo does not upload it as a synced archive, so if the device is lost without a backup or export, that history goes with it. Export from Settings, and keep iCloud device backups enabled.
AI programs and progression suggestions are general training guidance. You review and approve them before they change anything. They can be wrong, and they are not a substitute for a clinician or a qualified coach.
